William Francome is your typical, white middle-class guy. Typical except for the fact thet he is about to embark on a journey into the dark heart of the American judicial system and the tangled world of renowned Death Row prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal. William was born in London on December 9th 1981. On the same day, over 3.000 miles away Mumia, a Black Panther and radical journalist, was arrested for the murder of a policemen in Philadelhia. He claimed he was innocent but was sentenced to death and has been awaiting execution ever since.

Way back in 1994 we built a ship with which we could traverse the margins of audiovisual production: Eguzki Bideoak was born. Passing through new lands not assigned to the regime, refuges where production and editing equipment was attained in order to give something back to the political community. With the coming of a new century, a reality of ones and zeros was born: we submerged ourselves into the ocean of media-activism. We came across technological experiments which had a political purpose while collectively our world, audio-visually was telling what it had to tell: we became a distribution ship, a distributor.
